We have a variety of flooring solutions ready for you, each with a selection of colour, thickness and grade.

Hardwood Flooring

Solid hardwood flooring is made from a thick plank of solid wood, generally  ¾ “ in thickness. When looking at installing hardwood flooring, you will want to do so over plywood, OSB or other wood flooring.

It is not recommended for installation over concrete slabs at hardwood floors are a natural product and will expand and contract with temperature changes.

Engineered Flooring

Engineered hardwood flooring consists of several plies of wood that are glued and laminated together to form a wood plank. The range in thickness can be 1/4" to just over a half inch.

With this ply and glue manufacturing process the engineered option can be installed almost anywhere in your home, including over concrete so the expansion and contraction factor does not become an issue.
